Toy company, PMI Kids’ World, has announced the appointment of Mark Kingston as the new lead of licensing and business development in an advisory role.

Kingston’s track record of driving growth and innovation in the licensed consumer products industry comes at a pivotal time for PMI, which has added Pudgy Penguins, Piñata Smashlings and Stumble Guys to their roster of licenses this year. As PMI veers into the preschool space, set to unveil a toy line next year based on the educational series, “The Creature Cases,” Kingston’s extensive experience in the preschool demographic will provide direction toward success.

“PMI Kids’ World has an impressive streak of staying ahead of the curve when it comes to finding the next hot brands,” says Kingston. “I’m excited to share my knowledge and experience with the team to help take their incredible portfolio of licenses to the next level.”

PMI looks forward to working with Kingston to ensure success during the company’s continued business growth. Kingston’s expertise stems from his impressive resume of work for prominent companies, including BBC Worldwide, The Walt Disney Company, Nickelodeon, Viacom and Paramount, as well as being the co-founder and chief executive officer of Libertas Brands

“Mark’s exceptional track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships will be an asset in shaping and expanding PMI’s reach in the market,” says Omer Dekel, chief operating officer, PMI Kids’ World. “We look forward to having his wisdom help us reach our long-term goals.”
