According to Deadline, Amazon Studios is in talks to bring reboots of “Robocop,” “Legally Blonde,” “Magnificent Seven,” “Stargate,” “The Thomas Crown Affair,” “Fame” and “Barbershop” through both series and film.

The titles in question each have their own strategy according to the report, with most arriving via television series first with films to follow such as “Robocop” and “Magnificent Seven.”

Intellectual property is a focal point for every modern streaming network, but following the $8.5 billion acquisition of MGM Studios, not to mention the rights and subsequent success of “Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power” series, Amazon Studios looks to be gearing up for a future filled with intellectual property classics, adaptations and reboots for a new generation of fan.

Yet, while talks are ongoing and reports still emerging, there is currently no news surrounding the return of James Bond.
